Highland Daisy Jane Finishes at Spring Church

Article by Lynette Coil

Congratulations Owner, Tom Rombold and Handlers, Bob and Lynette Coil on New Field Champion Highland Daisy Jane!

Daisy Jane needed half a point for her Field Champion Title. She decided to leave no doubt in anyone's mind on how worthy of being a Field Champion she was. She had a good run in 1st Series, which brought her back high in 2nd Series. Once again, she tracked a rabbit through the cover and went out in style and in a blaze of glory for her 6th Win for her Championship.

She always tried to give you her best. She had alot of grit and heart. When we got her she had 2 Wins and around 65 points. She might have missed 2nd Series twice. She has been an absolute joy to work with and handle. We thank Tom for his faith, trust and support through the years.

Highland Daisy Jane is sired by Old Friend's Mr Tee and her dam is Highland Little Jeanie. Her Breeder, Rob Stewart had alot of emotions going on as he had Spring Creek Lexus back in the 2 hole. In reality he won too, as this made Highland Little Jeanie's 7th Field Champion.

Congratulations One and All and May You Have Continued Success and Good Health!

Spring Church has done a lot of work the past couple of years. Ken Dworek stepped up to the plate and helped guide and turn things around with the help of Sean Spaniel and his Dad. They had the largest license trial in years. They opened with 24 15" Females, 31 Males and closed with 26 13" Females for a total of 81 hounds. We wish them continued success and luck!
