Congratulations Owner, Colt Allen from Middle Tennessee Beagle Club and Handlers, Bob and Lynette Coil on New Field Champion Breath Taker Brock!
Marietta had a Combined Male Class of 13 under Judges Jack Hancock and Dennis Shirk. They called back 6 Males for 2nd Series as follows:
1st Brace-Lewis Carolina Fu Man Chu and Twin Oaks Trump
2nd Brace-Breath Taker Brock and Omena King Tut
3rd Brace-Band-Aid and Play Time Majician
Breath Taker Brock had won Iodine State for his 5th Win and needed just over 1/2 point for his Field Champion Title, which he obtained when he placed 3rd at Marietta. It has been a joy to work with Brock during his Derby Year and now is a Futurity. Breath Taker Brock won the Mid Dixie, placed 2nd at the Eastern, 3rd at the International and won the Northeastern to win the ABBA 13" Male Derby Award.
Breath Taker Brock is a story in itself. Breeder, Bob Kimber bred Woodlake Amy to Bee Lick Braveheart and gave Colt Allen the opportunity to have this male and see what he could do. Out of the three males, Colt chose Brock and liked him the best. The Allens from Middle Tennessee have the kennel name Firecracker Beagles. Colt informed the family he was calling his new male Breath Taker Brock, as he is going to take your breath away. Colt at the age of 11 has started and trained this male and had alot of fun working and seeing the growth of his accomplishment. One day Dad asked him if he might be running him too much? Colt replied the more I work him the better he gets -- so No. Now doesn't this show the determination and dedication of a new beagler and Brock's campaign started. We wish Colt continued success and can't wait to see what he comes up with for his next campaign. May Middle Tennessee reap the rewards of this young beagler in the years to come. An accomplishment like this is quite the goal to achieve and Colt and his family should be very proud.
We thank the Allens for the opportunity of handling this fine male thru the federations and his championship and wish them continued success in the years to come!
