Claron Ruthie Finishes at Border
Oct. 03, 2017

Article by Lynette Coil

Congratulations Owners, Ron and Ruth Scaletta and C.H. Clark and Handlers, Bob and Lynette Coil on New Field Champion Claron Ruthie!

Border Closed with 20 15" Females and 16 13" Females.  Judges Marty Parker and Steve Redmon called back 6 13" Females for 2nd Series as follows:

1st Brace-Claron Ruthie and Misty Hill Heather II

2nd Brace-West Twin Red Dove and Omena Rylie

3rd Brace-Teter Creek Lucky Charm and Sunshine Louezzy

Summer had returned for the Southern Michigan and Border License Trials.  It had been like fall till this Double Header.  The dogs came back the way they went out.  Ruthie again proved what she was made of and won the trial for her championship.  Ruthie has been a very consistent hound and didn't miss 2nd Series very often.  She always put everything she had into running a rabbit and loved it.  Ruthie needed to win a class of 12 and she went for the home run and won the class of 16.

We thank Ron and Ruth for the privilege of handling Ruthie.  She is very special to them and this was the first time they put a dog out with a handler.  When they got the call, they were all smiles and so very proud.  Our thoughts and prayers are always with you guys and thanks for believing in us.  She has been an absolute joy and glad she made your wish come true.  (Guess that last hug and talk worked)

Claron Ruthie is sired by Indian Trail Lookout and her dam is Dark Run Maggie Lee.  Ron and Ruth are also the Breeders, which always makes it even more special when they finish.

Congratulations One and All and May you have continued success!  Hang in there Ron, keep fighting and hope you are still smiling!
