Club member Dallas Mustard won the thirteen inch bitch class last Saturday with Molly’s Sadie for the second time in three years on the opening day of Port City’s annual licensed trial. Sadie was back sixth in second series and Dallas saw his bitch moved directly to the top on the strength of her second series run. Sadie has two wins both of them coming at Port City. She also won the thirteen inch bitch class in 2009 at Port City.

Molly's Sadie's sire is Bee Lick Legend and her dam is Tim Tam Tonya.

There were nineteen females entered in the day’s competition. Six of them were called back for second series. The weather was hot and humid and the running grounds were for the most part very dry.

Clem Deguez and Jerry Werdin handled the judging chores. Both judges belong to Northwestern Beagle Club in Indiana.

l. Big Bark Beonia vs. Oak Opening Karen.
2. Surefoot Sherrie vs. Surefoot Andrea,
3. Grass lake Gale vs. Molly’s Sadie.
