Olentangy’s Licensed Trial is Sept. 4th & 5th at Lorain County.

I just received a call from Louis Steele who is a member of Olentangy Beagle Club. Louis wants everyone to know that Olentangy’s licensed trial will take place this coming labor Day weekend, September 4th and 5th. The trial will be run at Lorain County Beagle Club near Wellington, Ohio. Call time is the usual 8 a m.

Both bitch classes will run Saturday, September 4th. The males will run the following day, Sunday, September 5th.
The classes will run at the same time each day.

Trophies will be rewarded to each class winner and all hounds that place and NBQ hounds will receive rosettes.

Gary Jarrell and Mike Zimmerman will judge the thirteen inch hounds. Mike Asbury and Richard Baumann will judge the 15 inch females. Dale Bado and Gary Sachara will judge the thirteen inch males. Richard Baumann and Gary Jarrell will judge the fifteen inch hounds.

Louis wants everyone to know that the running order of the classses has been changed from previous years. The classes will be running in reverse order from last year.
