Clarification on BAC Minutes

We would like to clarify in regard to the BAC Minutes on switching of dogs in braces. Nothing has changed for 1st Series. If the Owner/Handler agrees that the 2nd dog drawn in a brace is to go down on the front/first position -- Nothing has changed. The BAC Committee is recommending to the delegates that there will be no switching of hounds in 2nd, 3rd and subsequent series. Nothing has changed for our year 2010. We hope this clears up any questions that may have come up from the article posted on BAC Minutes on June 25, 2010.
