The Beagle Advisory Committee (BAC) had their teleconference meeting on June 25. Items of interest to traditional brace beaglers were discussed and voted on. Club officers will be permitted to judge license trials at their clubs. As in the past members of the field trial committtee and the Field Trial Secretary can not judge at their license trial.

An item of particular interest was the one that requires dogs to be released in the order they are drawn and called back for second and subsequent series. Seven BAC members were eligible to vote, five voted to pass the resolution and two abstained from voting.

The item that would permit castrated dogs and spayed bitches to compete in trials was defeated.

These changes do not take effect until they are approved by the delegates.
