The Death of Richard Timmons

I received a call from Bob Hartman this morning advising that Richard Timmons of Pittsville, Maryland passed away at 11 pm on February 17, 2010. Richard was an active beagler. I do not know how many field champions he finished, but it was many. Richard was a mainstay at the Peninsula Beagle Club. He was the breeder of two Purina Award winners and the number one producing beagle female ( C.C.Molly B. ) Those of us that did not live in the northeast became acquainted with Richard and his Timmons Sea Tick beagles at the federations. He was a great competitor and will be greatly missed.
